Warranty Policy

At Eco Auto Parts USA, we stand behind the quality of our used OEM auto parts. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction and provide you with peace of mind when purchasing from us.
✅ Standard Warranty Coverage
Unless otherwise stated, all parts sold by Eco Auto Parts USA come with a standard 3-month (90-day) limited warranty from the date of delivery.

Note: Certain products may come with a shorter or extended warranty (e.g., 30 days, 6 months, or 1 year). Any variation will be clearly mentioned on the individual product page at the time of purchase.


🛠️ What the Warranty Covers
  • Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
  • Mechanical failure not caused by external factors (e.g., accidents, improper installation).
  • Replacement or refund at our discretion (based on availability and condition of the part).

🚫 What the Warranty Does NOT Cover
  • Damage due to improper installation, misuse, accidents, or modifications.
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., brake pads, filters, fluids).
  • Labor costs, shipping fees, or incidental damages.
  • Damage resulting from use in racing, commercial, or off-road applications.
  • Electrical parts that have been tampered with or modified.

📄 Warranty Claim Process
To file a warranty claim, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Contact Us
Email our support team at support@ecoautopartsusa.com or call us at + 1 (844) 584-9971 within the warranty period.
Step 2: Provide Required Information
You must submit the following to initiate your claim:
1. Proof of Purchase:
  • Order number or invoice.
2. Vehicle Information:
  • Year, Make, Model, VIN (Vehicle Identification Number).
3. Photos:
  • Clear images of the part installed in the vehicle.
  • Photos showing visible damage, defects, or error codes if applicable.
4. Diagnostic Report:
  • A diagnostic report or test result from a certified mechanic showing the failure or issue.
5. Description of the Issue:
  • Written explanation of the problem and when it started.

🔍 Warranty Evaluation
All warranty claims will be reviewed and validated by our Quality Assurance team. In some cases, we may require:
  • Return of the defective part for inspection.
  • Video proof of the malfunction.

🔄 Resolution Options
Once the claim is approved, we may offer the following based on inventory:
  • Replacement part (same or equivalent part).
  • Store credit for future purchases.
  • Refund, if no replacement is available.

⚠️ Important Notes
  • Warranty is non-transferable and only valid for the original purchaser.
  • Warranty starts from the delivery date, not the installation date.
  • Claims submitted after the warranty period will not be accepted.
