Refund and Returns Policy

At Eco Auto Parts USA, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If you’re not completely happy with your order, our return policy is here to help, while also protecting the integrity of our inventory.

1. Return Eligibility
You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided:
  • The item is unused and in original condition
  • The part has not been installed, modified, or damaged
  • All original packaging, accessories, and labels are included
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided
⚠️ Non-returnable items include:
  • Electrical parts (e.g., sensors, modules, ECUs) that have been installed or tested
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Items damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse

2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
  1. Email returns@ecoautopartsusa.com with your order number, part number, and reason for return
  2. Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions
  3. Ship your item within 7 days of receiving the RMA to the provided return address
📦 We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage.

3. Return Shipping and Restocking Fee
  • If the return is due to Eco Auto Parts USA’s error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to buyer error (e.g., incorrect part ordered, change of mind), the buyer is responsible for return shipping and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
🧾 Restocking fees help us recover inspection, handling, and relisting costs.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
  • You will receive an email confirming your return status
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Shipping fees and restocking fees are non-refundable, unless the return was due to our error

5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original part (if eligible) and place a new order.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
  • Your order number
  • Photos showing the issue
  • A brief description
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
