  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Some oversized or special items may take slightly longer to prepare for shipment.

2. Shipping Methods and Carriers
We ship nationwide across the United States using reliable carriers such as:

  • FedEx
  • USPS
  • Freight carriers for large or heavy items (e.g., engines, transmissions)
The shipping method is selected based on item size, weight, and destination.

6. Freight Shipments (Large Items)
  • Large items such as engines and transmissions ship via freight carriers.
  • These deliveries may require a loading dock, forklift, or liftgate at the delivery address.
  • The freight carrier will usually call to schedule a delivery window.
⚠️ It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to accept and inspect the delivery.

7. Shipping Restrictions
  • We currently only ship within the United States.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

8. Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, you must:
  • Note the damage with the delivery driver immediately (if possible)
  • Take clear photos of the damage and packaging
  • Contact us within 48 hours at support@ecoautopartsusa.com
We will initiate a claim and work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

9. Lost or Delayed Shipments
While rare, shipping delays can occur due to weather, carrier errors, or unforeseen events. We are not responsible for:
  • Delays caused by the carrier
  • Incorrect shipping information was provided at checkout
